Where there is red there is hydrant

So, I was greatly mistaken about what those red markers on the high mast lights mean. I managed to catch a glimpse of a closer mast this morning, and I knew I saw the work FIRE between the lines. This only made sense as no all the masts at Oakland had red markers. When the kids got to bed I started to Google some more, using a different set of search terms.

If you look closely you will see the words FIRE HYDRANT written between the markers. For RCAP v2 I will release the white mast lights. I will make a set of hydrant lights, but I don't think I will be able to finish in time.
